C.    Expressing Sympathy
The word I’m sorry are also used to express sympathy,such as in : I’m Sorry to hear that your brother was badly injured in that accident.

To express sympathy we have three kinds situation, they are :
FORMAL
I’m extremely sorry to hear that.
Iwas deeply sorry to hear. 
What a terrible situation for you.
You have my deepest sympathy.
Please accept my condolences. (when someone has die)

NEUTRAL
I’m sorry to hear that.
You must be very upset
I know how it feels.
How terrible/awful.
What extremely bad luck.
INFORMAL
That’s Awful.
Oh dear.
Poor you.
What a shame.



RESPONDING
Thank you very much. I’m deeply moved.
It’s very kind of you to be so concerned, but really, I;m Fine now.
Thank you for your support.
Thanks. I appreciate your sympathy.

2.            Elaborasi : (45 enit)
1.      Guru memberikan contoh ungkapan penyesalan dan permohonan maaf  dengan baik dan benar dalam suatu dialog.
2.      Siswa mempraktikkan contoh yang telah diberikan oleh guru dengan teman satu bangku.
3.      Guru mengevaluasi hasil kerja siswa
4.      Siswa mengerjakan latihan / menjawab soal-soal yang diberikan oleh guru.
5.      Siswa menyampaikan/melaporkan hasil pekerjaannya kepada guru.

Nlai PBKB yang diharapkan : Kreatif, Kerja Keras, Mandiri, Komunikatif

3.            Konfirmasi : (10 Menit)
1.      Siswa menjawab pertanyaan guru seputar materi yang telah di ajarkan.

C.    Kegiatan Penutup : (15 Menit)
1.      Mengevaluasi hasil belajar siswa
2.      Guru mengingatkan siswa untuk mengucapkan ucapan permohonan maaf dan ucapan simpati yang telah dipelajari dalam  kehidupan nyata sehari-hari.
3.      Bersama murid menyimpulkan materi yang telah disampaikan.
